SCUBADIVING

The diving in Mozambique is unique and the natural coral reefs are inhabited with a big variety of marine fauna. The dive site varies from 10-40m in depth and 1km to 12km in distance from launch site.

Our dive boat is a 7.5m rubber duck that is fully equipped to take up to 14 divers. We do a beach launch where all divers help to push in the boat. All our dives are drift dives being in the open ocean. Safety is our priority and we have radio and telephone communication to shore. Emergency oxygen is standard equipment and all our staff is trained in emergency first response.

One of our specialties is Shark Dives at the reef Pennicles, In season (Sep-April) you have the opportunity to have close encounters with some of our shark species. From July-December it´s not uncommon to sight humpback whales and whale sharks on the way to the dive site. After diving all equipment are washed properly by our staff and stored in a secure place.

If you need scuba gear you can either rent item per item or buy one of our dive packages that includes full gear. All divers must present their qualification cards upon arrival.
